Storing
There’s nothing like the traditional wine cellar. Always kept dark, dry and cool. However, these days not all houses have cellars, plus you need a big collection for a wine cellar in your own home. The facts are now you can store wine anywhere so long as the bottles are kept horizontally. This makes the wine in constant contact with the cork. Upon opening the bottle, the cork won’t be dry and breakable. Keep the bottles away from pesty heat, too. The best thing to do is to invest in a good sturdy wine rack. They are also appealing to the eye and make great décor pieces.
Wine coolers are a good thing to buy. They do not make humming noises like some fridges. Noise can actually harm your wine! Also, you can set a perfect temperature for your bottle with a wine cooler. Coolers are ideal if your house is in a warm area.
